How Will You Show Up Today?

Every morning when I wake up I answer these questions;

  • What are my intentions for today?
  • What can I do today to get closer to reaching my goals?
  • What am I grateful for?

Every night before I go to sleep I answer these questions;

  • What have I learned today?
  • What have I done better today than yesterday?
  • What have I done today that I am pleased with?
  • What have I done today that have taken me a little closer to my goals?
  • What have I done that I am proud of?
  • What am I enjoying in my life right now?

This routine and these questions drives me to hold myself accountable to do my very best every day. I start my day with a positive mindset, setting goals for the day and finish the day with going through what actions I have taken. This routine really helps me to get clear about what I want and what actions I need to take to live the life I am dreaming about. I remind myself during the day that I will need to answer the questions above before I go to bed and also how amazing it makes me feel every time I can write a positive answer to every question and that helps me to make loving actions and decisions during the day.
